We also ensure that our experience is constantly put to play with regards to the highest and best use of spaces, best type of finishing to use to achieve the type of rental projected, generally ensuring the highest and best use for the development. Other areas of our competence include controlling, preparation of tender and risk assessment, pre- letting enquiries, negotiation and entering into valid agreements before project completion.
